Track & Trace Specialist

About the role

Zeal is seeking a proactive Track & Trace Specialist to monitor shipments and provide accurate updates. This role keeps customers and operations teams informed from pickup through delivery.

Work arrangement: Remote or hybrid Location: Any city for remote work; office location to be confirmed for hybrid Employment type: Full-time and contract opportunities available Schedule: Assigned shifts; hours and coverage requirements to be confirmed

What you will do

• Monitor active shipments through tracking platforms and carrier check-ins.
• Confirm pickups, shipment progress, estimated arrival times, and deliveries.
• Update shipment milestones and communication notes.
• Escalate delays, missed appointments, and tracking interruptions.
• Collect proof of delivery and other shipment documents.
• Provide clear handoff notes for shipments continuing into the next shift.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, customer service, dispatch support, or data entry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple shipments and prioritize urgent issues.
• Comfort using tracking platforms, email, and spreadsheets.
• Availability to work the assigned schedule.
• English proficiency required; French and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
