Logistics Account Manager

About the role

Zeal is seeking a Logistics Account Manager to maintain customer relationships and grow existing accounts. This role serves as a primary customer contact and coordinates with internal teams to ensure reliable service.

Work arrangement: Remote or hybrid Location: Any city for remote work; office location to be confirmed for hybrid Employment type: Full-time and contract opportunities available

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and service expectations.
• Coordinate with dispatch, pricing, and tracking teams.
• Resolve service issues and follow through on corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
• Review account performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer service, or logistics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM and transportation management systems preferred.
• English proficiency required; French and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
