Terms of Service

1. Our services

We help job seekers find work and help employers find and hire talent. We publish job openings, receive applications, evaluate candidates and present them to employers. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any employer will fill a position.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@zealstaff.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
• Employer and recruiter accounts must be used only on behalf of the company they represent.

3. Candidates

• Your CV, profile and application must be truthful and must not misrepresent your identity, experience or qualifications.
• By applying for a job, you authorize us to share your professional profile and application information with the employer and, when needed, with other employers for similar roles, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Employers make their own hiring decisions. Any job offer, employment terms and employment relationship are between you and the employer, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
• We never charge candidates a fee to apply for jobs through ZealStaff.

4. Employers

• Job postings must describe real, lawful openings and must comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination and labor laws in the country where the job is located.
• You may use candidate information only to evaluate candidates for your openings, and must keep it confidential and protect it.
• Paid services, fees and payment terms are set out in your plan or a separate agreement with us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, offensive or illegal content.
• Use the services to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to collect information about other users without permission.
• Copy, scrape or resell job listings or candidate information.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Impersonate any person or company.

6. Communications

You agree that we may contact you by email about your account and our services. If you opt in, we may also send you notifications by WhatsApp. You can opt out of WhatsApp and non-essential emails at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your CV or job descriptions, and grant us a license to use, store, display and share it as needed to provide our services. The website, our brand and our materials belong to Zeal Staff and may not be used without our permission.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, provide false information, or put other users or our services at risk.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about the accuracy of job listings or candidate information provided by others, or that the services will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zeal Staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions, employment terms or conduct of employers or candidates. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer or labor laws that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
